Theft

Valerij Lukin, 24, of Brothertoft Road, Boston. At Strait Bargate, Boston, stole bottles of aftershave to the value of £59 belonging to Oldrids. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Lukasz Labiszak, 31, at Lister Way, Boston, jointly with another, stole a joint of beef and a bottle of vodka, to the value of £25.52 belonging to Asda. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

Assault

Viktorja Bruziene, 29, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, to include activity requirement and supervision requirement, £80 victim surcharge.

Drink-driving

Andrew Morris-Armstrong, 56, of Ralphs Lane, Frampton West. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and been required to provide a specimen for analysis, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £460 fine, £46 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Pawel Szugajew, 29, of Oxford Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on John Adams Way, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance. £260 fine, £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months, £260 fine.

Joshua King, 20, of Cleymond Chase, Kirton. At Spalding, drove on Wardentree Road, Pinchbeck, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £220 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified by driving for 22 months.

Drunk and disorderly

Damantas Jurgelevic, 21, of Argyle Street, Boston. In Sibsey Road, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £140 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Thomas Skelton, 22, of Wellington Road, Boston. At Market Place, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Aleksa Valdemaras, 28, of Argyle Street, Boston. At Boston, in Fydell Street, was guilty while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Mantas Stalkus,22, of Vauxhall Road, Boston. At Tawney Street, drove while disqualified from driving, drove without insurance. £800 fine, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for nine months.

Deividas Makurovas, 22, of Horncastle Road, Boston. Drove on Irby Street, junction with Fydell Street, without due care and attention. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Rex Desmond Appleyard, 80, of Staunt Road, Frithville. Speeding on Horncastle Road. £55 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £65 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Shane Michael Drury, 21, of Redstone Caravan Park, Boston. Speeding on the A52 Swineshead Road, at Kirton Holme. £250 fine, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Christopher Peter Giannasi, 57, of Penrhyn Avenue, Burslem, Stoke. Speeding on the A17 Westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Failure to comply

Anthony James, 18, of Middlecott Close, Boston. Frailed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates Court by failing to attend two appointments. Order to continue to include extra five days compliance activity,

Criminal damage

John Patrick Gray, 31, Simpson Close, Chapel St Leonards. At Friskney, damaged a door to a value unknown, intending to destroy or damage such property, or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, restraining order made.

Conviction quash

Gavin William Smith, 35, of Horbling Lane, Stickney. Appealed against his conviction for failing to provide information as reported in The Standard of November 12 at Lincoln Crown Court. Appeal was allowed and conviction quashed.
