Drink-driving

Edmundas Liebus, 55, of Horncastle Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Sleaford Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Eitvydas Bejorunas, 23, of Woodville Road, Boston. At Boston, drove a vehicle on Woodville Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), also drove without insurance. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Patrick Julian Mechen, 27, of Station Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Strait Bargate after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breathe equalled 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Motoring

Stacey Louise Chipping, 38, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. Speeding on the A16, at Sibsey. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Jamie Lee Hancock, 29, of Blacksmiths Grove, Fishtoft. At Nettleham, having been required, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Vicky Trotter, 43, of Lime Walk, Old Leake. Speeding on the A52 northbound at Butterwick. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Timothy Huskison, 31, of The Gride, Old Leake. At Boston, drove on Carlton Road while not wearing an adult belt. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Kerry Smith, 44, of Alexandra Road, Sleaford. Speeding on the A17, at Swineshead. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Daryl Scott Brazil, 39, of Glen View Road, Sheffield. Speeding on the A17 westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Carlos Alberto Nogueira, 34, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Gosberton, drove on the B1397 without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Stephen Lee Voce, 45, of Station Road, Alford. Used a vehicle on Spilsby Road, Boston, without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Andrzej Piotr Pietrzak, 50, of Norfolk Place, Boston. At Boston, used a vehicle on Lister Way, without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Rasimas Robertas, 40, of Alfred Street, Boston. Drove on London Road, Boston, while using a mobile telephone, also used a vehicle on London Road, when the grooves of the tyre fitted to the front near side wheel of the vehicle were not of a depth of at least 1.6mm, same charge applied to the front offside wheel. £200 fine, disqualified from driving for six months, £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Matthew Telford, 28, of RAF Coningsby. At Nettleham, having been required, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Edgars Vitols, 27, of Littlemoor Lane, Sibsey. At Boston, used a motorvehicle, on John Adams Way without insurance, also drove without insurance.£260 fine, £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Wieslaw Daniel Rewers, 53, of St Thomas Drive, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Slawomir Stepnik, 28, of Spilsby Road, Boston. At Boston, used a vehicle on West Street, without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Alcohol-related

Thomas Oliver Skinner, 25, of The Graylings, Boston. At Boston, was found drunk on Sleaford Road, while having the charge of a child under the age of seven years. Also resisted a constable in the execution of his duty. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Criminal damage

Raimondas Vaznevicius, 32, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a motorcycle to the value of £1,000, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Also resisted a constable in the execution of his duty. £200 fine, £750 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Damian James Baker, 29, of Park Lane, Donington. Without lawful excuse, damaged a glass door to the value of unknown belonging to Co-op Pharmacy, Donington, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £520.04 compensation.

Harassment

Karl Roger Taylor, 28, of Queens Road, Boston. At Boston, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment by sending numerous text messages and a voicemail, also failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on police bail. Community order made to include participating in a building better releationships programme for 24 days and a supervision requirement for 24 months, restraining order made, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Thief

Scott Nathan Venables, 36, of Puritan Way, Boston. At Boston, stole two pairs of Babylis Men’s Hair Trimmers, to the value of £19.98, belonging to Lloyds Pharmacy. Also commissioned a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months imposed for an offence of theft, also failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by being absent from the specified place of curfew on seven dates. Community order made, to include a supervision requirement for 12 months, £9.99 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £25 fine.

Stacey Robinson, three charges of theft of alcohol from Apple Green Services, on Sleaford Road, Boston. Also at Boston jointly with another stole wine from Co-op Store. Community order made, to include supervision for six months, £50 fine, £32 compensation, £32.30 compensation and £28 compensation.

Fishing

Kyron Burton, 21, of Parthian Avenue, Wyberton. At Tattershall, fished or took fish otherwise than in accordance with a licence, by means of a rod and line. £65 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £127.47.

Wayne Orton, 40, of Gardner Row, Kirton. At Tattershall, fished or took fish otherwise than in accordance with a licence, by means of a rod and line. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £127.47 costs.

Leroy Mark Teft, 22, of Ings Lane, Freiston. At Tattershall, fished or took fish otherwise than in accordance with a licence, by means of a rod and line. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £127.47 costs.

School attendance

Leeroy Sullivan, age not stated, of Clifton Road, Boston. Being the parent of a child of compulsory school age, failed to comply with a School Attendance Order, requiring him to satisfy the Local Education Authority that the child is receiving suitable education by virtue of the Education Act 1996. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

Driving stolen vehicle

Joshua Dennis Wong, 24, C/O Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Sleaford Road, Boston, knowing that a vehicle had been taken without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority, drove the vehicle and after the vehicle was unlawfully taken and before it was recovered, damage was caused to the vehicle and to a M.G Motor Car. Drove without a licence and without insurance. Also, at Boston, in the Market Place was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour, also had possession of a quantity of cannabis. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, to include a supervision requirement and 80 hours’ unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge, £100 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Behaviour

Daniel Martin Clark, 23, of Taverner Road, Boston. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe immediate use of unlawful violent would be used against him or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him. Also commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 24 months imposed for theft. Also, at Boston, destroyed a glass panel in door to a value known, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made, to include 12 months supervision, no action taken on breach, £40 fine, £155 compensation.
