Motoring

Christopher John Carrott, 50, of Browns Road, Boston. Speeding on Horncastle Road, Boston, used a vehicle without insurance. £110 fine, £35 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points, disqualified from driving for six months.

Aivars Kleins, 36, of Argyle Street, Boston. Speeding on the A153 Main Road, at Anwick. £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Hugo Carneiro, age not specified, of Franklin Close, Boston. Was the person in whose name a vehicle was registered when it did not meet the insurance requirements of the Road Traffic Act. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Sarah Drummond, 47, of Woodthorpe Avenue, Boston. At Skegness, being the registered keeper of a vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Drink driving

Sergejs Bereznaks, 32, of Plains of Waterloo, Ramsgate. At Boston, drove on Skirbeck Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 71 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), used a motorvehicle without insurance. £275 fine, £28 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Failure to Comply

Julie Sara Brown, 48, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Aiden Sammy Keal, 24, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Boston Magistrates Court by failing to attend scheduled appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with offender manager, dealt with for 10 original offences of theft, Suspended sentence of imprsonment for 18 weeks imposed.

Harassment

Cha Revell, 43, at Boston, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to harassment, at Boston committed assault by beating. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 24 months, restraining order made, £80 victim surcharge.
