Drunk and disorderly

Helen Mary Parkin, 45, of Manor Lane, Wrangle. On Gaysfield Road, Fishtoft, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Toms Ozols, 25, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Market Place, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; at Boston Police Station assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made, to include 150 hours’ unpaid work, £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drink-driving

Andrius Petkevicius, of Redbourne Terrace, Boston. At Boston, drove on the Market Place, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 50 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £220 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Robertas Nikandrovas, 44, of Westfield Avenue, Boston. At Boston, drove on Oxford Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £260 fine, £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with 10 points.

Miroslaw Kruc, 47, of South End, Boston. At Boston, drove on Freiston Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months, no action taken on breach.

Artur Pocepko, 26, of Newark Road, Lincoln. At Boston, drove a motor vehicle on Sleaford Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 milllilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £255 fine, £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Motoring

Jamie Syndercombe, 28, of Ostler Walk, Kirton. At Boston, drove on Wyberton Road, while not wearing a seat belt. £83 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Arvis Juberts, 42, of Wormgate, Boston. At Boston, used a motorvehicle on Sluice Bridge, without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with six points.

Marcin Puchalski, 22, of Pen Street, Boston. Speeding on Sleaford Road, in Boston. £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Lukasz Nowakowski, 32, of Punchbowl Lane, Boston. At Punchbowl Lane, used a motorvehicle without insurance, drove without an MOT. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Philip Andrew Fox, 39, of Bartol Crescent, Boston. At Boston, used a motorvehicle on Queen Street without insurance. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with six points.

Wendy Morby, 38, of St Anns Lane, Boston. At Kirton, used a motorvehicle on Craven Avenue without insurance. £190 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Orestas Sudintas, 34, of St Nicholas Close, Boston. At Boston, used a motorvehicle on Kingsway without insurance. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Scott James Sands, 25, of Laceys Avenue, Leverton. Case reopened for an offence of driving without a licence on Freiston Road and sentence set aside. New sentence of £37 fine and licence endorsed with three points imposed. Another case also reopened for an offence of driving on John Adams Way without a licence and sentence set aside. New sentence of £37 fine, £85 costs and £20 costs imposed.

Rafal Zawadzki, 38, of Willoughby Road, Boston. At Boston, being the driver of a vehicle, caused it or part of it to stop within the limits of a zebra crossing on West Street. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Christine Osborne, 60, of Ralphs Lane, Frampton West. Speeding on the A16 at Sibsey. £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

Oluwole Adeyemi, 57, of London Road, Boston. Speeding on the A15 Sleaford Road, in Bracebridge Heath. £750 fine, £75 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Piotr Dawid Andrykowski, 40, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. Speeding on Spilsby Road, at Boston. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Andrew Bannister, 46, of Dogdyke Road, Coningsby. Speeding on the A153 at Tattershall. £255 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Zydrunas Laurukaitis, 41, of Milton Avenue, Kings Lynn. Speeding on the A17 westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Ian Moore, 42, of Skirth Road, Billinghay. Drove on West End Road, in Wyberton, while using a hand-held mobile telephone. £105 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Failure to provide

Christopher James Upton, 31, of Daniels Gate, Long Sutton. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £430 fine, £43 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 26 months.

Assault

Luis Viegas, 27, of Pen Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Sergejs Astasenkovs, 39, of Orchard Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work and supervision, £600 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Kelly Marie Gregory, 24, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Sibsey Road, Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made, to include supervision, £50 compensation.

Fraud

Walter Felix, 50, of Main Ridge West, Boston. Between, February 8, 2011, and February 24, 2014, at Boston, with a view to obtaining for himself a benefit, advantage or other payment, under relevant social security legislation, made a statement or representation to Boston Borough Council which was false, namely that he had vacated premises on High Street, in Boston. On March 3, 2014, at Boston, with a view to to obtaining for himself a benefit advantage or other payment under relevant social security legislation, dishonestly made a statement or representation to Boston Borough Council, which was false, namely that he had vacated premises on High Street, Boston. Discharged conditionally for two years, £15 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

Failure to comply

Jodie Alfred Zieske, 38, of King Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend for scheduled appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, suspended sentence varied to include an extra 10 days of compliance activity.

Cerniauskaite Aiste, 23, of Langley Mews, Kirton. At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Lincolnshire failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £175 costs.

At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Lincolnshire failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Rita Kanopiene, age not disclosed, of Ellgreave Street, Stoke on Trent. At collision records at Boston Police Station, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Lincolnshire failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Lincolnshire failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Criminal damage

Robert Michael North, 39, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a police van to the value of unknown belonging to Lincolnshire Police, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; at Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a glass door to the value unknown, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Behaviour

Wojciech Tytko, 46, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Boston, used towards others threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those people to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them. Community order made, to include 70 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
