Criminal damage

Sean Christopher Clay, 29, of Puritan Way, Boston. At Jubilee Avenue, Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a window and uPVC door to the value of £200, belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £200 compensation, £85 costs.

Dermot Charles Foley, 50, of Holmes Road, Stickney. At Stickney, without lawful excuse, damaged a wing moirror of a Suzuki SX4 to the value of £182.59, belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £182.59 compensation.

Theft

Anthony Victor Turner, 44, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. At New Hammond Beck Road, Boston, stole computer games to the value of £132 belonging to Tesco Stores. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Mark Anthony Himsworth, 34, of no fixed abode. At Skirbeck Road, Boston, stole joint of lamb to the value of £7 belonging to Co-op Stores. Discharged conditionally for six months, £7 compensation, £15 victim surcharge.

Jake Paul Skinner, 25, of Dennis Estate, Kirton. At Tesco, in Wyberton Fen, Boston, stole DVDs of a value unknown; at Hardwick Estate, Kirton, resisted a constable in the execution of his duty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Erikas Bernotavicius, 29, of Church Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Drink-driving

Adam Fletcher, 25, of RAF Coningsby. At Coningsby, drove on Curtis Drive and Ash Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £620 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Drunk and 
Disorderly

Daniel John Louth, 36, of Clarke Court, Wyberton. At Boston, in Pump Square, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Keith Lofthouse, 57, of East Fen Lane, Stickney. At Stickney, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on West Fen Lane an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to stop and on being required by a person having reasonable grounds for so requiring failed to give his name and address and the name and address of the owner and identification marks of the vehicle; at Stickney, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on West Fen Lane, an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and not having given his name and address to a person having reasonable grounds for requiring him to do so failed to report the accident at a police station or to a constable as soon as was reasonably practicable or within 24 hours of the accident. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with seven points.

Antony Teague, 45, of Lacey Lane, Leverton. At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief of Police for Lincolnshire, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Brendon Dean Ardron, 22, of Cranberry Lane, Friskney. Two charges of speeding on the A52 Wainfleet Tofts, at Wainfleet St Mary; speeding on Fodderdyke Bank, at Midville. £35 fine, licence endorsed with three points; £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with five points; £35 fine, licence endorsed with three points.

Lukasz Gawrys, 36, of Sunflower Way, Boston. Speeding on the A16, at Kirton. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 56 days.

Statutory
declaration

John Greenfield, 49, of Liquorpond Street, Boston. Appeared before the court in order to make a statutory declaration following conviction for an offence of failing to provide information by Lincoln on January 28. Statutory declaration granted and offence reopened and adjourned to April 28 at 2pm.
