Here’s our latest register of cases heard at Boston and Skegness Magistrates’ Court..

Assault

Simon Eady, 44, of Stephensons Way, Bourne. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Restraining order made, £85 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £120 costs.

Krzysztof Stermal, 37, of Portland Street, Boston. Twice at Boston, committed assault by beating; at Boston damaged a mobile telephone to the value of £100 intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made to include 120 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge.

Daniel George Philpott, 28, of Eastview Close, Chapel St Leonards. At Boston, twice committed assault by beating. £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, restraining order made.

Mark Andrew Teft, 51, of Windsor Terrace, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made, to include a supervision requirement for 18 months, £20 fine, £60 victim surcharge.

Andrzej Skiba, 25, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Three times at Boston, committed assault by beating; failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court. Community order made, to include participation in Alcohol Awareness Activity for 10 days and supervision for 12 months, restraining order made, £45 fine, £200 compensation, £85 costs; original community order varied to add 10 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (90 hours’ total).

Theft

Miroslav Adamovic, 38, of Liquorpond Street, Boston. At Boston, stole meat to the value of £10, belonging to Co-op. £110 fine, £10 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £385 costs.

Criminal damage

Ben Dolby, 26, of Silver Street, Coningsby. At High Street, Coningsby, without lawful excuse damaged a church sign to the value of £150 belonging to St Michael’s Church, in Coningsby, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £470 compensation, £85 costs.

Gregory Ronald Crago, 42, of Lincoln Avenue, Gedney Hill. At Boston, without lawful excuse, destroyed the windscreen of a Vauxhall Vectra to the value of £100, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Drugs Possession

Luke George Anderson, 19, of Pettit Way, Fishtoft. At Pettit Way, Fishtoft, had possession of a quantity of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Jake Holland, 19, of Judge Close, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a small amount of cocaine; at Boston, had possession of a small amount of cannabis. Two £35 fines, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal court charges, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Raimond Kaicenko, 41, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Carlton Road, had possession of a quantity of diamorphine; commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence for an offence of theft. Suspended sentence varied - to be committed to prison for a term of four weeks suspended for 15 months, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Drunk and disorderly

Jack Michael Joe Harvey, 19, of Brookfield, Woking. At Premier Inn, Wainfleet Road, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Gatis Jermacans, 27, of Woodville Road, Boston. At Boston, in Lincoln Lane, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £90 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Drink-driving

Przemyslaw Szulc, 34, of Arundel Crescent, Boston. At Boston, drove on Amberley Crescent, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £275 fine, £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Lukasz Cupriak, 35, of Williamson Avenue, Peterborough. At Boston, drove on Woodville Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal court charge, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Terence Plummer, 62, of Maidens Road, Boston. At Middlegate Road, Frampton/Kirton, drove a motorvehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Oliver Trevor Thompson, 19, of Jubilee Close, Spalding. Drove on Woodville Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Raimonds Serovs, 34, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Sleaford Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove while disqualified, drove without insurance. Committed to prison for a total of 18 weeks, £80 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 48 months.

Arturas Stankevicius, 40, of Orchard Street, Boston. At Boston, was in charge of a motorvehicle, on Orchard Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 106 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £500 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Janis Fridrihsons, 36, of Frampton Place, Boston. At Boston, drove a motorvehicle on High Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 117 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston, failed without rasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. £350 fine, £35 victim surcharge, £310 costs, disqualifed from driving for 26 months.

Arturas Pimcenkovas, 28, of Tunnard Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Tattershall Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £280 fine, £28 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Drugs production

Harlom Kharn Everett, 19, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Fishtoft Road, produced 11 plants of cannabis. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal court charge, plants to be forfeited and destroyed.

Words/Behaviour

Nigel Colin Stanfield, 48, of Bede Crescent, Boston. At Benington, with intent to cause harassmant, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to comply

Aleksejus Zagura, 20, of Union Place, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court. Order varied to include 15 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (165 hours’ total), £70 
costs.

Laima Roziene, 48, of Windsor Bank, Boston. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis by means of a device of a type approved by the Secretary of State in the course of an investigation into whether she had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £270 fine, £27 victim surcharge, £150 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Sean Fletcher, 27, C/O Duke Street, Boston. Two charges of failing without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court. Order to continue, two £10 fines.

Vytautas Kairys, 23, of Trinity Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court. Order to continue, to include 10 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (110 hours’ total).

Motoring

Patrick John Thornton, 33, of Goodson Close, Boston. Speeding on Sleaford Road, Boston. £500 fine, £50 victim surcharge, £250 costs, licence endorsed with three points.
