At Boston, stole Air Wick Air Fresheners to the value of £36 belonging to Wilkinsons; at Boston, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court; at Boston, stole garden ornaments to the value of £86 belonging to Old McDonalds Farm; at Lister Way, Boston, stole five hanging baskets, to the value of £40, belonging to Asda; at Boston, stole air fresheners to a value of £36 belonging to Wilkinson, Boston. Community order made, to include a curfew for 12 weeks, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge.

Anna Louise Hoyles, 30, of Craythorne Lane, Boston. At Boston, stole meat to the value of £65 belonging to Co-op, Boston; at Boston, stole confectionary to the value of £3 belonging to WH Smith; at Boston, assaulted a constable and a sergeant in the execution of their duties. Community order made, to include a six-month curfew, drug rehabilitation for six months, a rehabilitation requirement for 30 days, £32.50 compensation, £30 compensation, £60 victim surcharge.

Kestutis Lukosevicius, 38, of Piccard Drive, Spalding. At Boston, stole £300 cash belonging to another; at Carrington, stole a bank card belonging to another; at Spalding, stole £300 cash belonging to another. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, two amounts of £300 compensation, £350 costs.

Aleksejs Sipilovs, 33, of York Street, Boston. At Boston, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a bank card, of a value unknown, belonging to another, by or for the benefit of himself or dishonestly arranged to do so knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months, to include 12 months supervision, £300 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Adam John Davies, 21, of Langdale Drive, Worcester. At York Street, Boston, committed assault by beating; at Boston resisted a constable in the execution of his duty; at Police Station, Lincoln Lane, without lawful excuse damaged a fire alarm box to an unknown value belonging to Lincolnshire Police. Community order made to attend Worcester Attendance Centre for 30 hours, £250 compensation, £85 costs.

Derek Angelo O Holmes, 36, of Main Road, Boston. At Wyberton, committed assault by beating; at Wyberton, without lawful excuse, damaged a bracelet to a value unknown, belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made, to include a rehability requirement or participation in any activity as required by the responsible officer for 40 days, 80 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Fraud

Emma Devan, 31, of Farrow Avenue, Holbeach. At Blackjack Road, Swineshead, committed fraud in that she made a false representation, namely ordered a sim card on contract using her then employers bank details and gave it to her son to use in his mobile, intending to make a gain, namely cause loss to E&S Forklifts Lincs, or to expose that person to a risk of loss, for herself; at Blackjack Road, Swineshead, committed fraud in that she made a false representation, namely authorised a transaction of £3,265.35 to be paid from her then employers bank account into her personal bank account, , intending to make a gain, namely cause loss to E&S Forklifts Lincs, or to expose that person to a risk of loss, for herself; at Blackjack Road, Swineshead, committed fraud in that she made a false representation, namely ordered an iPhone 6 worth £625 from Vikings, using her then employers bank details, then sold the phone for £300, intending to make a gain, namely cause loss to E&S Forklifts Lincs, or to expose that person to a risk of loss, for herself. Committed to prison for 20 weeks suspended for 18 months, £3860 compensation.

Motoring

Dumitru Vlad. 36, of Monteith Crescent, Boston. At Nettleham, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Office of Police for Lincolnshire, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Drink-driving

Mariusz Zdeb, 36, of York Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Lister Way, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £275 fine, £28 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.
