At Cowbit, used towards two others, threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked; at Cowbit, when suspected of being in charge of a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £215 fine, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, £320 fine, £32 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with 10 points.

Vaidas Liebus, 32, of Castle Street, Boston. Breach of Peace

Modestas Strlciunas, 29, of Castle Street, Boston. At Cowbit, behaved in a manner whereby a breach of the peace had been committed and an application was be made for an order to keep the peace. Bound over in the sum of £250 for 12 months to keep the peace.

Theft

Luke Roger Courtney, 24, of Snaith Avenue, Fosdyke. At Boston, stole aVauxhall Corsa, to the value of £700, belonging to another; at Boston, stole a man’s gold wedding ring to a value unknown; at Boston, stole a JCB belt sander of a value unknown, belonging to another. £400 fine, £250 compensation, £40 victim surcharge, £620 costs.

Drunk and 
disorderly

Marius Skiba, 28, of Red Lion Street, Boston. At Boston, in Wormgate, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £85 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Dean George Everitt, 46, of Parthian Avenue, Wyberton. At Wyberton, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, restraining order made, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Sergejs Kuznecovs, 49, of Wyberton Low Road, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include rehabilitation activity for 30 days and 80 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

At Boston, drove on St Nicholas Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Gediminas Ansimovas, 32, of Park Road, Boston.
