Wayne Robert Boyton, 41, of High Road, Spalding. At Main Road, Sibsey, drove while disqualified; drove without insurance. Community order made, to include rehabilitation for 40 days and 50 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Drink-driving

Michael Emery, 24, of Ashlawn Drive, Boston. At Boston, drove on Freiston Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Ondrews Tomi, 68, of Church Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Church Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Simon Bush, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Frampton Place, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); used a vehicle without insurance; used a vehicle without an MOT. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 19 months.

David Andrew Bontoft, 50, of Maple Road, Boston. At Boston, drove a vehicle on Maple Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 milliltres of breath (legal limit 35). £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Assault

Petru Salageanu, 52, of Hide Close, Boston. At Swineshead, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £85 costs, £15 victim surcharge.

Railway

Ivo Bruklis, 19, of Robins Hood Walk, Boston. Entered a compulsory ticket area between Boston and Skegness, on the railway when not in the possession of a valid ticket. £200 fine, £7.20 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £135 costs.

Failure to comply

Wojiech Tytko, 46, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend two appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with their offender manager. Order to continue, varied to include an added five hours’ unpaid work (75 hours total).

Matthew Goring, 38, of Brand End Road, Butterick. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Peterborough Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend two appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absences and failing to maintain contact with their offender management. Order to continue, varied to include five days compliance activity.

Theft

Ashleigh Hubbard, 20, of Chestnut Avenue, Spalding. At Swineshead, stole cash to the value of £808.10 belonging to Oasis Beauty and Hair. Community order made, to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £808.10 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £620 costs.

Damian Kolaszinski, 31, of St Nicholas Close, Boston. At St Nicholas Close, Boston, stole money from bank accounts to the value of £7,375.75. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months, £6,745 compensation.

Stephen Mark Hare, 50, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Boston, stole Sudocreme, to the value of £29.88 belonging to Savers Store. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.

Words/Behaviour

Marek Cezery Mol, 51, of Witham Street, Boston. At Haven Bridge, Boston, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress; at Haven Bridge, Boston, wilfully obstructed a PC in the execution of his duty. £165 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.
