Emil Tyfel, 35, of High Street, Boston. At Boston Police Station, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis failed without reasonable excuse to do so; at Fydell Crescent, resisted a constable in the execution of his duty. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 12 months, six month conditional discharged.

At Boston Police Station, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Words/behaviour

Edward Michael Nicholson, 27, of Honeypot Lane, Darlington. At Wrangle, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used. Community order made, to include 130 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Declan Harley Murphy, 18, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used. Committed to prison for eight weeks, £80 victim surcharge.

Criminal damage

Wayne Gordon Abbott, 25, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a motorcar to the value of £700 belonging to Lisa Duffin, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

False documents

Aivars Kazaks, 32, of Winsover Road, Spalding. At Spalding Road, Gosberton, used an instrument, namely a driving licence, which was and which you knew or believed to be false with the intention of inducing a police constable to accept it as genuine and by reason of so accepting it to do or not do some act to his own or another person’s prejudice; at Spalding Road, Gosberton, used a motorvehicle without insurance. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £620 costs, disqualified from driving for six months, false driving licence forfeited and destroyed.

Theft

Michelle Edwards, 49, of North Street, Boston. At Boston, having entered as a trespasser a shed, stole therein two bicycles of a value unknown; at Boston, stole a chainsaw and a fishing reel of a value unknown. £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge.

Drunk and disorderly

Robert Kington, 35, of Abbey Crescent, Swineshead. At Boston, in Craythorne Lane, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Daniel Baty, 23, of South Street, Swineshead. At Assembly Rooms, Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for three months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Assault

Mark Outram, 44, of Wyberton West Road, Boston. At Silt Pit Lane, Wyberton, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for three years, £15 victim surcharge, £300 costs.

Motoring

Daniel Flynn, 55, of Dundrum Road, Dromore, County Down. Speeding on the A17 Westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.
