Failed to Comply

Slawomir Biernacki, 47, of Broadfield Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work on two dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, varied to remove unpaid work, supervision requirement to continue, £100 fine, £75 costs.

Assault

Modeustas Adomatis, 36, of Willoughby Road, Boston. At Horncastle Road, assaulted another by beating. Community order made to include 12 months supervision, restraining order made, £60 victim surcharge, £180 costs.

Edward Harry Brighton, 21, C/O Penny Gardens, Kirton. At Boston, assaulted another by beating; at Boston, stole a botle of wine to the value of £7 belonging to Co-op, in Kirton. Committed to prison for 24 weeks suspended for 12 months, supervision requirement for 12 months, participation in a Thinking Skills Programme for 19 days, £500 compensation, £200 costs, £7 compensation.

James Brighton, 20, of Croft Street, Lincoln. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them; at Boston, stole a bottle of Taylor’s Port, to the value of £7.25 belonging to the Co-op in Kirton. Committed to prison for 24 weeks suspended for 12 months, supervision requirement for 12 months, participation in a Thinking Skills Programme for 19 days, £500 compensation, £200 costs, £7.25 compensation.

Craig Andrew Cumberworth, 23, of Battlefields Lane South, Holbeach. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged condtionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.

Motoring

Benjamin Joseph Baldwin, 28, of Marian Road, Boston. At Boston, used a motor vehicle on London Road without insurance; drove while not wearing an adult seat belt. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Stolen goods

Anthony Roy Hemingway, 32, of Page Close, Boston. At Shaw Road, Boston, dishonestly received stolen goods, namely a Husqvarna Chainsaw and a Titan Hedge Trimmer to the value of £260 belonging to another, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 12 months for an offence of theft. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 15 days, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, no action taken on breach.

Tammy Lesley Newark, 51, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. At Boston, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely garden ornaments to the value of £86 belonging to Old Macdonalds Farm, by or for the benefit of another or dishonestly arranged so to do, knowing of believing the same to be stolen goods; at Boston, being the driver of a vehicle on Sleaford Road, failed to stop the vehicle on being required to do so by a constable in uniform; at Kirton, stole detergent to the value of £7, belonging to The Cooperative Society; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 16 months for three offences of theft. Community order made, to include drug rehabilitation for six months, and rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 15 days, £120 costs, 180 criminal courts charge, £7 compensation.

Drunk and disorderly

Liam Anthony Carpmail, 31, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. At Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.
