Committed to prison for a total of 26 weeks, suspended for 24 months, two lots of £52 compensation, £3 compensation, £2.19 compensation, £2 compensation, £60 compensation, 40 hours’ unpaid work, £180 criminal courts charge.

Anthony Michael Pigram, 47, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole groceries to the value of £537.16 belonging to Asda store; at Boston, stole dog food to the value of £22 belonging to Pets at Home store; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for six months for the original offence of making off without payment. Community order made, to include 15 days rehabilitation activity, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge.

Failure to comply

Gary Michael Tutty, 35, c/o Hawthorne Road, Old Leake. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirement imposed following release from a period of imprisonment; failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Lincoln Magistrates’ Court; drug rehabilitation requirement of a suspended sentence order made for an offence of theft reviewed; at Boston, had possession of a quantity of amphetamine; breach of a conditional discharge made for an offence of theft of jaffa cakes to a value of £3.50 belonging to Co-op, Boston; commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for the offence of stealing cleaning materials to the value of £17.95, belonging to Bargain Buys, in Boston; commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made for the offence of stealing meat to the value of £53 belonging to Co-op, Kirton; at Boston, stole box of tea bags of a value unknown belonging to B&M Stores. Committed to prison for an overall length of 19 weeks, including activation of suspended sentences, £80 victim surcharge, £180 criminal courts charge, amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Drunk and disorderly

Ivan Cybulskij, 32, of Haven Meadows, Boston. At Boston, in Haven Meadows, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; twice at Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. £113 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Richard Paul Wood, 28, of St Bedes Drive, Boston. At Boston, in West Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for two years, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Drink-driving

Aleksej Duplij, 53, of Lambs Row, Boston. At Boston, drove on Tattershall Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Behaviour

Aaron Jobson, 18, Frampton Place, Boston. At Boston, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. Discharged conditionally for two years, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Possession

Adam Bailey, 40, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. At Boston, had possession of two wraps of diamorphine. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, two wraps of diamorphine to be forfeited and destroyed.
