Juozas Petravicius, 28, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Wide Bargate, Boston, used towards several other members of the public threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the use of unlawful violence by them; at the Red Cow Hotel, on Wide Bargate, in Boston, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse had with him in a public place an offensive weapon, namely a plank of wood; at Pilgrim Hospital, Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty; at Boston, in St Georges Road, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Committed to prison for a total of 12 weeks, suspended for 12 months, to include rehabilitation activity for 15 days, supervision for 12 months and 150 hours’ unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, plank of wood to be forfeited and destroyed.

Failure to notify

Gail Stow, 38, of Hemington Way, Kirton. Between October 3, 2011, and December 1, 2014, failed to promptly notify Boston Borough Council of a change in circumstances which would affect her housing benefit; between October 3, 2011, and December 1, 2014, failed to promptly notify Boston Borough Council of a change in circumstances which would affect her council tax benefit; between October 3, 2011, and December 1, 2014, failed to promptly notify Boston Borough Council of a change in circumstances which would affect her council tax support. Community order made, to include 80 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Blade

Amy Parsons, 30, of Maple Road, Boston. At Boston, had with her, without good reason or lawful authority, in Liquorpond Street, Boston, a large kitchen knife. Community order made, to include rehabilitation for 20 days, £60 victim surcharge, £180 criminal courts charge, large kitchen knife to be forfeited and destroyed.

Drink-driving

John Neil Roberts, 42, c/o Centrepoint, Red Lion Street, Boston. At Lincoln Lane, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); drove without insurance; drove without an MOT. Community order made to include participation in a Drink Impaired Drivers Programme for 14 days and 30 days rehabilitation activity, £60 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Motoring

Tomas Zilinskas, 36, Woad Farm Road, Boston. At South End, Boston, drove while disqualified from driving; drove without insurance; at Tawney Street, Boston, drove while disqualified; drove without insurance. Community order made, to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, disqualifed from driving for 28 days, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.
