Valentinas Gudalevicius, 39, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, stole a bottle of wine, of a value unknown, belonging to Lincolnshire Cooperative Society; at Boston, stole three jars of coffee to the value of £12.87 belonging to Lincolnshire Cooperative Society; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for six months for an offence of theft; at Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them. Community order made, to include alcohol treatment for six months and rehabilitation for 20 days, £6.99 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, no action taken on breach.

Raimundas Matulionis, 32, The Graylings, Boston. At Boston, stole fragrance to the value of £63, belonging to Oldrids Department Store; at Boston, in the Market Place was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Basil John Dean, 61, of Norman Drive Tattershall Road, Hall Hills, Boston. Twice at Boston, without the consent of the owner, or other lawful authority, took a conveyance for the use of yourself or another. £265 fine, £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Motoring

Matthew John Porter, 34, of St Nicholas Road, Boston. Permitted another to use a motor vehicle on Skirbeck Road, without insurance. Discharged absolutely, £85 costs.

Message

Russell Anthony James Brown, 29, of Orchard Way, Coningsby. At Orchard Way, Coningsby, sent by means of a public electronic communications network a message which you knew to be false for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to another. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drink-Driving

Bernard Anthony Young, 69, of Northlands, Sibsey. Drove a motor vehicle on the A16 Sibsey after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 18 months.
