THEFT

Sergej Rachimov, 39, of Paddock Grove, Boston. At Boston, stole a bottle of vodka to the value of £15.99 belonging to B&M store; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for six months for an offence of theft. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

DRUNK/DISORDER

Wojciech Tytko, 46, of Field Street, Boston. At Spilsby Road, Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.

HARASSMENT/ALARM/DISTRESS

Maxine Desmond, 44, of Hardwick Estate, Kirton. At Kirton Leisure Centre, with intent to cause another harassment, alarm or distress used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour and the offence was racially aggravated. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge.

ASSAULT

Darron Hezzell, 47, of Hardwick Estate, Kirton. At Kirton, assaulted another occassioning actual bodily harm. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for12 months to include rehabiliation activity for 15 days, 40 hours’ unpaid work, £100 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge.
