Here’s our latest register of cases heard at Boston and Skegness Magistrates’ Court.

Theft

Valerijus Solovjovas, 34, of Chapel Court, High Street, Boston. At Boston, stole food items to the value of £15.04 belonging to B&M Bargains. £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Stephen Jamie Warrington, 38, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Donington, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for two years, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Rachel Emmaline Guy, 32, of Glenside South, West Pinchbeck, Spalding. At Pilgrim Hospital, assaulted John Embury, a constable in the execution of his duty. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jordan Ryan Wolley, 21, of Vicarage Gardens, Old Leake. At Old Leake, assaulted another Community order made, to include 130 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £200 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £750 costs.

Eriks Latvijas Dreimantis, 23, of Argyle Street, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Stephen Kenneth Hewitt, 52, of Union Street, Boston. At Union Street, Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Criminal damage

Elvijs Brasaitis, 28, of Steadford Street, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a window to the value belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £200 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to comply

Paul Anthony Hazzard, 37, of Rose Place, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to attend Addaction on one date, failed to attend supervision appointments on two dates, failed to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failed to maintain contact with offender manager. No action taken on breach.

Drunk and 
Disoderly

Mark Andrew Teft, 52, of Field Street, Boston. At Boston, in the Market Place, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Drink-driving

Patrick Borkowska, 20, of Thomas Middlecott Drive, in Kirton. At Kirton, drove on Penny Gardens, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); drove without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 cost, disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Romualdas Deringis, 51, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Woad Farm Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £220 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 19 months.

At John Adams Way, Boston, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); drove without a insurance; drove without a licence. £220 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months, £100 fine.

Andrew John Wartnaby, 50, of Church Lane, Mareham le Fen. At Mareham le Fen, drove on Station Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 22 months.
