Drink-driving

Damian Klos, 28, of Union Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on London Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without a licence, drove without insurance. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 21 months.

Sylvia Jean Darrigan, 66, of Revesby Avenue, Boston. At Boston, drove on Revesby Avenue, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 114 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Community order made to include 14 days participation in a drink impaired drivers programme and 18 months supervision, £110 fine, £60 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 28 months.

No specimen

Marcin Rafal Labiszak, 28, of High Street, Boston. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation, failed without reasonable excuse to do so, drove on Hamilton Way, Boston, without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Theft

Nathan Stubley, 22, of Royal Way, Fishtoft. At Marriots Gate, Lutton, stole scrap metal to the value of £72.53. £75 fine, £25 compensation, £20 victim surcharge.

Kurt Edwin Lees, 26, of Windsor Terrace, Boston. At Asda, stole a Nintendo game, valued at £28. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Martin Greenfield, 46, of Frampton Place, Boston. At Boston, stole perfume belonging to Boots; at Boston, stole perfume belonging to Boots; at Spalding stole a quantity of cosmetics belonging to Boots; at Boston, stole cognac to the value of £45 belonging to Asda. Committed to prison for six weeks.

Drugs

Nygel Sylvester, 46, of Parthian Avenue, Wyberton. At Parthian Avenue, Wyberton, was concerned in the production of a quantity of cannabis. £350 fine, £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Failure to comply

Vincent John Baxter, 50, of Peck Avenue, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Lincolnshire Magistrates’ Court by twice failing to attend scheduled appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, £25 fine, £75 costs.

Motoring

Richard Thomas Barker, 28, of Alcorn Green, Fishtoft. Speeding on the A15, at Snitterby. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

Simon William Atack, 56, of Langrick Road, New York. Speeding on Langrick Road, outside New York School. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Paul Jowsey, 58, of North Park, Fakenham. At Wildmore, speeding on Langrick Road. £265 fine, £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Ashley Louise Monkhouse, 46, of Oakham Terrace, Boston. At Boston, used a small passenger vehicle, when the grooves of the tread pattern of a tyre fitted to the rear offside wheel were not of a depth of at least 1.6mm. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with three points.

Adam Walker, 23, of South End, Hogsthorpe. Speeding on the A52 at Frieston. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Stacey Wing, 30, of Crosslands, Donington. At Boston, drove on the A16 Sibsey Road, without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Brendan Knight, 32, of Shaw Road, Boston. On South Street, Boston, drove without a licence, drove without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Assault

Tomas Byra, 21, of no fixed abode. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Committed to prison for 12 weeks forthwith, restraining order made.

Michael John Bennett, 61, of Grey Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating, commission of a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge. £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £200 costs, no action taken on breach.
