Liam Guest, 31, of Richmond Gardens, Chesterfield. Speeding on the A17 at Swineshead Bridge. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Damian Szelengiewicz, 27, of Charter Close, Boston. At Boston, drove on Tattershall Road without insurance, drove on Tattershall Road while using hand-held mobile telephone, drove without an MOT. £700 fine, £70 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Mitchell Bray, 21, of Middlecott Close, Boston. At North Hykeham, being the driver of a mechanically propelled vehicle – owing to the presence of which on a public place namely Asda Store car park, an accident occured whereby damage was caused to another vehicle – failed to stop, being the driver of a mechanically propelled vehicle namely, owing to the presence of which on a road, or other public place, namely Asda Store car park, an accident ocured, and not having given your name and address to a person having reasonable grounds for requiring you to do so, failed to report the accident at a police station or to a constable as soon as was reasonably practicable, drove without due care and attention, drove without insurance, drove without a licence. £50 fine, licence endorsed with six points, £70 fine, £25 fine, £85 costs.

Assault

Anthea Cromie, 22, of Church Road, Friskney. At Skegness, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Joshua Paul Hickman, of Caleb Hill Lane, Old Leake. At Old Leake, committed assault by beating, at Boston, wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months.

Rafat Jedrzejczak, 35, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Theft

Gareth Lee Mark Ellis, 30, of Winchester Road, Wainfleet. At Broadgate, Wrangle, stole a quantity of scrap metal poles of a value unknown, at Broadgate, Wrangle, stole a quantity of scrap metal items of a value unknown and at Wainfleet, had possession of a quantity of cannabis. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs. drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Lee Gilbert, 33, of Middlecott Close, Boston. At Boston, stole a pedal cycle to the value of £500. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £90 compensation, £40 costs.

Patrick Joseph Quinn, 31, of Bankside, Tytton Lane West, Boston. At Boston, stole a handbag and contents of a value unknown, at Boston, twice failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates Court. Committed to prison for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months, £400 compensation, detained in courthouse - detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.

Drunk and
 disorderly

Carl William Pagden, 47, of Comer Close, Boston. In Market Place, Boston, were guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Weapon

Joshua Thomas, 19, of Skeldyke Road, Kirton. At Sutterton, twice had an offensive weapon at Park Avenue, namely a knuckleduster and homemade nunchuck, at Sutterton, used a motorvehicle on Park Avenue, without insurance, at Sutterton, drove without a licence. £50 fine, £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £150 fine, £85 costs, knuckleduster and nunchuck to be forfeited and destroyed, licence endorsed with six points.

Failure to comply

Ivans Porutcikovs, 30, of Westfield Avenue, Boston. At Boston, having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £350 fine, £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Sean Steven Celvin Fletcher, 26, of Duke Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by twice failing to attend scheduled appointments at Addaction and failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days. Order to continue, £25 fine, £75 costs.

Jordan Isham, 20, of Porcher Way, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work and failing to attend supervision, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, varied to include 25 hours’ unpaid work added for breaches (75 hours total), £75 costs.
