Here’s the latest set of results from the courts:

Theft

Joseph Richards, 36, of Taverner Road, Boston. Stole deodorant and washing gel from B&M Stores, Boston, and breached a suspended sentence. 14-week imprisonment.

Luke Newark, 30, of Union Place, Boston. Stole meat from the One Stop Shop and the Co-op in Boston, a mattress from Poundstretcher in Boston, clothing from Marks and Spencer in Boston, and breached a suspended sentence order. Two other offences also taken into consideration. Eight months imprisonment.

DRIVING OFFENCES

Darius Marozas, 27, of Sherriff Way, Boston. Speeding in Lincoln. £60 fine, £15 surcharge and £50 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Raimonds Pavlenkovs, 30, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Driving without correct insurance on Liquorpond Street, Boston. £165 fine, £15 surcharge and £350 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

William Appleyard, 71, of Reedham Lane, Coningsby. Drove without due care and attention on Sleaford Road, Tattershall. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Jonas Barisauskas, 27, of Bourne Road, Spalding. Drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence and driving without correct insurance on John Adams Way, Boston. £370 fine, £37 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with eight points.

Chelsea Bennett, 23, of Union Lane, Oulton, Lowestoft. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. £120 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Verity Jordan, 33, of Jay Gardens, Norwich. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. £60 fine, £15 surcharge and £25 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Larisa Steinberga, 38, of Carver Road, Boston. Drove on West Street, Boston, with 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. £250 fine, £25 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Lisa Watson, 38, of High Street, Swineshead. Drove with 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of alcohol. The legal limit is 35. Also, breached a conditional discharge. £60 surcharge and disqualified from driving for two years.

Leighton Woods, 31, of Old Lynn Road, Wisbech. Speeding on Spilsby Road, Boston. £60 fine, £20 surcharge and £25 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Diamond Barlow, 36, of Brunswick Drive, London. Speeding on the A16 at Sibsey. £60 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Genadu Blinov, 30, of Argyle Street, Boston. Drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without correct insurance on Arglyle Street, Boston. £600 fine, £60 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Robert Caddy, 38, of Sandpiper Drive, Peterborough. Drove without correct insurance on London Road, Wyberton. £600 fine, £60 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Jovita Leidotaite, 19, of Witham Place, Boston. Drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without correct insurance on Fydell Street, Boston. £200 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Jevgenijs Sandulovs, 32, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. Used threatening words or behaviour towards another person in Boston. £85 fine, £15 surcharge and £200 costs.

Peter Brearley, 41, of Dryden Court, Coningsby. Harassment in Coningsby. Reatraining order for two years, £500 fine, £50 surcharge and £85 costs. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Jayne Garrard, 54, of Revesby Avenue, Boston. Four counts of failure to declare a change in circumstances which affect entitlement to benefits. 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and £300 costs.

Assault

Peteris Tarva, 19, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Assault occasioning actual bodily harm. 12-month community order with 60 hours’ unpaid work. £1000 compensation, £60 surcharge and £85 costs.

Aiden Stansfield, 20, of Bakers Lane, Freiston. Two counts of assault in Skegness, criminal damage to a car and breach of a suspended sentence order. 18-month community order with 80 hours’ unpaid work and supervision and £290 compensation. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Raimonds Volans, 27, of Fydell Street, Boston. Assault in Boston. Two-month prison sentence suspended for 12 months, 150 hours’ unpaid work, £75 compensation and £85 costs. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).
