Here’s a rundown of the results of the latest set of cases that have come before Boston magistrates...

Drink-driving

Karina Mlincika, 50, of Tattershall Court, Boston. Drove on Lister Way, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in urine equalled 190 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine (legal limit 107). £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Possession

Nikolajs Pertniko, 31, of Wyberton Low Road, Boston. At Skegness, had posession of a quantity of cannabis bush. £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, cannabis bush to be forfeited and destroyed.

Drunk disorder

Sandris Kelpe, 40, of Park Road, Boston. At Vauxhall Road, Boston, were guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Transport

Marc Gallagher, 32, of West Road, Boston. Between Grantham and Boston, not being in a designated compulsory ticket area on the Transport for London regional transport railway network, failed to hand over your ticket for inspection and verification of validity when asked to do so by an authorised person. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £120 costs.

Sabina Sivicka, 19, of Binsteed Road, Portsmouth. Between Nottingham and Boston, not being in a designated compulsory ticket area, entered a train on the Transport for London regional railway network for the purpose of travelling without having a valid ticket entitling to travel. £200 fine, £14.40 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £120 costs.

Knives

Alex Bradley Wise, 33, of Meadow Walk, Cowbit. At Boston, had, without good reason or lawful authority, two kitchen knives with blades of seven and eight inches in length, had, without good reason or authority, a kitchen knife with an eight inch blade. Community order made including a drug rehavilitation requirement and supervision requirement for nine months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, forfeiture and destruction of knives.

Motor offences

Blazej Lechovicz, 28, of Thomas Middlecott Drive, Boston. Speeding on London Road, Wyberton. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Muhammad Umair, 23, of Peck Avenue, Boston. Drove on Frampton Place, Boston, in a Fiat Punto on which not every head lamp was in good working order, and on which not every rear position lamp was in good working order, failing to provide insurance certificate, driving without insurance, failing to provide licence, driving without a licence. £40 fine, £40 fine, £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Valdas Alminas, age unstated, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Boston, kept on a public road a vehicle which was unlicenced. £200 fine, £18.34 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.

Tadas Biyilius, age not stated, of West Street, Boston. At West Street, being the registered keeper of a vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Stawomir Boksa, age not stated, of Frampton Place, Boston. At Frampton Place, being the registered keeper of a vehicle, failed to deliver to the Secretary of State that part of the registration document containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of the vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Vadim Butrim, age not stated, of Tooley Street, Boston. At Boston, were the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994, when it did not meet the insurance requirements of section 144A of the Road Traffic Act 1988. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Mario Henrique De Silva Pereira, age not stated, Brothertoft Road, Boston. At Boston, were the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994, when it did not meet the insurance requirements of section 144A of the Road Traffic Act 1988. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

David Nixon, age unstated, of Windsor Bank, Boston. Vehicle did not meet insurance requirments. £200 fine, £20 vehicle surcharge, £110 costs.
