Here’s the latest rundown of the cases heard at Boston Magistrates’ Court:

Behaviour

Edward James McCafferty, 25, of Townfield Lane, Swineshead. At Queen Street, Boston, with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour. Community order including prohibited activity requirement not to contact two people, to participate in a 27 day thinking skills programme and to attend appointments with responsible officer, for 12 months, £100 compensation, £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £400 costs.

Leszek Janusz Wcislo, 33, of No Fixed Abode. At Blue Street, Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge.

Assault

Keyleigh Helen Wright, 24, of St Nicholas Road, Boston. At West Street, Boston, committed assault and the offence was racially aggravated, at The Britannia Public House, Church Street, committed assault. Community order made not to enter any public house or night club except The Still for six months, to particiapte in LIAP for 22 days, to attend appointments with responsible officer for 12 months, to carry out 100 hours unpaid work, £75 compensation, £60 victim surcharge,£170 costs.

Speeding

Sam Ransome-Dunkling, 19, of Clarke Court, Wyberton. Speeding on London Road, Boston. £140 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

TV Licences

Maria Almeida, 39, of Kyme Road, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £350 fine, £35 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Pawel Chlad, 36, Charles Street, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £400 fine, £40 victim, £90 costs.

Danielle Clarke, 22, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Adam Dent, 25, of Causeway, Wyberton. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £200 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £105 costs.

Kate Fountain, 33, Westfield Avenue, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Natalie Fountain, 23, of Trinity Street, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £300 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Kristan Gaidamauiciute, age not specified, of Laughton Road, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Alan Hazell, 46, of Comer Close, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge,£90 costs.

Chloe Jarvis, 28, of King Street, Kirton. Used a colour television without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

David Jones, 24, Bath Gardens, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Vaidotas Klimasauskas, 28, Sheriff Way, Boston. Used a colour television receiver without a licence. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, 90 costs.

Theft

Arturs Kurdanins, 26, Rose Place, Boston. At Boston, stole food items to the value of £1.70 belonging to Heron Foods. Committed to prison for four weeks.

Aimee Louise Ward, 28, Kitwood Road, Boston. At Tytton Lane East, Wyberton, stole four gold rings to the value of about £800. Discharged conditionally for two years, £800 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £35 costs.

Drink Driving

Kyle George Holland, 18, of Sea Lane, Friskney. Drove on Carlton Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath equalled 81 microgrammes of alcohol (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £50 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Giedrius Rutavicius, 25, of Pulvertoft Lane, Boston. Drove on Liquorpond Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £220 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Andis Apsitis, 33, of Windsor Bank, Boston. Drove on Westbridge Road, Boston, after comnsuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath equalled 58 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Had possession a document so closely resembling a licence as to be calculated to deceive. £225 fine, £22 victim surcharge,, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 15 months. No separate penalty for document offence.
