Here’s a rundown of the latest set of results of cases before Boston Magistrates’ Court:

Theft

Arlene Hawksford, 23, of Fishtoft Drive, Boston. At Boston stole cosmetics to a value of £36.50 belonging to Boots Stores. 18 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Valdas Alminas, 21, of Norfolk Street, Boston, commission of a further offence during a suspended sentence order for two offences of theft and one of going equipped for theft. At Co-op Stores, West Street, stole a bottle of wine to the value £7.49. Committed to prison for 12 weeks.

Simon Andrew Bisby, 38, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Boston, stole food to the value of £20 belonging to Co-op Store, Wide Bargate. Community order made for 12 months with supervision requirements and a requirement not to enter any retail premise in Boston borough except Lloyds Chemist on Forbes Road, Boston, £20 compensation. At Kirton, stole five air fresheners to the value of £50 belonging to Cooperative Stores, Kirton. £50 compensation. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Order to continue with the drug rehabilitation requirement extended for three months.

Aiden Sammy Keal, 22, of Kitwood Road, Boston. At Bargain Buys stole two hair dyes to the value of £7.98. Six month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge.

Rebecca Elizabeth Bulman, 34, of Friars Gate, Boston. At Boston, stole cheese to the value unknown belonging to Co-op store. Two year conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

AgrisKozlovskiz, 21, of Redbourne Terrace, Boston. At Boston, stole food to the value of £1.85 belonging to Co-op, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings at Boston Police Station. £1.85 compensation, £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge.

Assault

Georgina Mary Waren, 39, of Porcher Way, Boston. At Boston, committed assault. Nine month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge,

Threatening
Behaviour

John Gerald Rogan, 34, of Caleb Hill Road, Old Leake. At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty.Committed to prison for a total of 18 weeks suspended for 12 months, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Paul Edwin Garfoot, 51, of Cropston Drive, Greenhill, Leicester. At Wrangle, permitted Sean Oskey to use a motorvehicle without insurance. £165 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Drink Driving

Piotr Stanislaw Dlugosz, 43, of Hardwick Estate, Kirton. At Boston, drove on Liquorpond Street, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath equalled 91 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, drove without a licence. Community order made to carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Stanislav Rogelevic, 34, of Field Street, Boston. Drove on Punchbowl Lane, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 124 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Community order to carry out 180 hours’ unpaid work within the next 12 months,£60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 30 months.

Drugs

Sean Robert Healey, 45, of Tooley Street, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a quantity of diamorphine.£110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs, forfeiture and destruction of drugs.

Failure to comply

Timothy Darren Clark, 28, of Tunnard Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by East Lincolnshire Magistrates’ Court by twice failing to attend unpaid work, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with offender manager, dealt with for original offence of driving while disqualified. Committed to prison for three months, suspended for 12 months, 130 hours’ unpaid work.

Luke Mitchell, 35, of London Road, Kirton. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community by twice failing to attend scheduled appointments, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days and failing to maintain contact with the offender manager. Order to continue with the varied requirement for a drug rehabilitation requirement to be reviewed monthly and have one month added for breach.
