Here’s a rundown of the latest set of results of cases at Boston Magistrates’ Court:

Theft

Tammy Lesley Newark, 49, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. At Wide Bargate, Boston, stole three turkey crowns to the value of £54 belonging to Iceland, commissioned a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge. £54 compensation, no action taken on breach.

Igors Selepjonoks, 35, of Union Place, Boston. At Wide Bargate, Boston, stole meat items to the value of £107 belonging to Iceland, at Wide Bargate, Boston, stole meat items to the value of £140 belonging to Iceland. £53.50 compensation, £70 compensation.

Daniel Alan Elding, 28, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole £18 worth of meat belonging to One Stop Shop, on Wide Bargate, Boston. Committed to prison for eight weeks.

Joseph Charles Richards, 36, of Taverner Road, Boston. At Boston, stole foodstuffs to the value of £30.91 belonging to Co-op, at Boston, entered as a trespasser a dwelling on Kyme Road, Boston, with intent to steal therein, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’s Court. Committed to prison for two four week periods to run concurrent and suspended for 12 months, to include a drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision requirement, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Yolanta Grahovskaja, 22, of Argyle Street, Boston. At Boston, stole cosmetics to the value of £13.93 belonging to B&M Bargains, Boston, commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 18 months for an offence of theft. £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £30 fine.

MaryAnn Jobson, 31, of Cayley Road, Top Locks Estate, Southall, Middlesex. At Boston, stole glasses to the value of £318 belonging to David hallgate Optometrist, stole glasses to the value of £240 belonging to Enderbys Opticians,stole glasses to the value of £519 belonging to Peeble and Hilton Opticians, commission of a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge.£318 compensation, £240 compensation, £519 compensation, no action taken on breach.

Assault

Tomasz Karbowski, 35, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made to undergo alcohol treatment for six months and supervision for 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Aurimas Kontrimas, 29, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Langrick Road, Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made including 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

criminal damage

Callum Michael Baggaley, 24, of no fixed abode. At Boston, damaged a wall, fence panel and garden ornaments to the value of £200. At Boston assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. At Spalding, obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty. £200 compensation, £50 compensation. At Boston, having entered as a trespasser a building, a namely Tooth Booth, stole therein a Q Connect Calculator to the value of £1.35. At Boston, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods - namely a mobile phone. Committed to prison for 14 weeks suspended for 12 months, including supervision requirements and 150 hours’ unpaid work.

Drink driving

Tracey Jane Collishaw, 47, of Drove Road, Freiston. Drove on Shore Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion equalled 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Mark Alexander Osbourne, 33, of Stowehill Road, Paston. Drove on Princess Road, Kirton, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in breath equalled 62 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without a licence. £375 fine, £38 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 36 months, £140 fine.

Sebastian Antczak, 25, of Bell Lane, Fosdyke. At Boston, drove on Trinity Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 51 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 15 months.

Breach of peace

Janusz Adam Lamch, 35, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Boston, behaved in a manner whereby a breach of the peace had been committed and application made for an order to enter into recognisance with or without sureties to keep the peace. Bound over in the sum of £100 for six months to keep the peace.

Obstruction

Justinas Zvirgzdys, 42, of Main Ridge West, Boston. At Boston, wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty, drove without a licence, drove without insurance. £100 fine, £50 fine, £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
