Failure to comply

Thomas Skelton, 22, of Medlock Place, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by the electronic monitoring of the order being interfered with by being absent from the specified place of curfew on various dates and times between September 2 and September 29 by failing to provide the required evidence to reasonably excuse the absence within a specified time limit. Order varied to include a new end date of February 11 and be under curfew for 30 days.

Aiden Sammy Keal, 24, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend an initial appointment and for supervision and pre-placement work sessions, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, £50 fine, £75 costs.

Marco Antonio Teixeira, 35, of Ingram Road, Boston. At Boston, having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £275 fine, £28 victim surcharge, £350 costs, disqualified from driving for two years.

Sharon Hulley, 51, of Swineshead Road, Wyberton Fen. At Nettleham, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge.

Tadas Bereznovski, 53, of Windsor Bank, Boston. At Nettleham, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Daniel Terry Addison, 25, of Skirbeck Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates; Court by unacceptable behaviour, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, to include a three month curfew, £75 costs.

Andrew Lindsay, 28, of Granville Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover an absence within seven days. Order varied to include 10 hours’ unpaid work added for the breach (50 hours total), £75 costs.

Gabriel Waldemar Wisla, 54, of Liquorpond Street, Boston. At Nettleham, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Drink-driving

Petras Cipas, 53, of Windsor Crescent, Boston. At Wrangle, drove a vehicle on Sea Lane after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 54 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £230 fine, £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Edgaras Sukvietis, 22, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Wheeler Lane after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £230 fine, £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Ainars Biculis, 51, of Trafalgar Place, Boston. At Boston, drove on Sleaford Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 110 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Radoslaw Ligocki, 35, of Westfield Avenue, Boston. Drove on Lister Way, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 101 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Possession

Macjek Pawel Grzelak, 20, of Witham Bank West, Boston. At Boston, had possession of a small amount of cannabis, drove on Witham Gardens without insurance, drove without a licence. £30 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 fine, licence endorsed with six points.

Theft

Ricards Gudovskis, 18, of Horseshoe Lane, Kirton. At Horseshoe Lane, Kirton, entered as a trespasser a wooden shed and stole therein a lawn mower of a value unknown. At Kirton, entered as a trespasser a building and stole therein a lawn mower of a value unknown, committed a further offence while subject to order of conditional discharge for six months for the original offence of theft of a pedal cycle. £75 fine, £50 compensation, conditional discharge to continue.

Edijs Stubins, 22, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, stole a bottle of Amaretto to the value of £4.99 belonging to B&M Bargains. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Simon Andrew Bisby, 39, of Carlton Road, Boston. At South Square, Boston, stole a Scholl micro pedicure device to the value of £26.99 belonging to Lloyds Pharmacy. £26.99 compensation, £85 costs.

Criminal damage

Nathan John Wilson, 35, of Leodagars Drive, Wyberton. At Boston, without lawful excuse damaged a sealed plug unit attached to a panic alarm, to the value of £50, belonging to Lincolnshire Police, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made, to include a participate in a building better relationships programme for 24 days, a supervision requirement for 24 months and 40 hours’ unpaid work, £50 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Joshua Samuel Hall-Davis, 21, of Edinbane Close, Nottingham. At Boston, without lawful excuse damaged an iPhone and a Ford Fiesta of a value unkown intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made, to include supervision for 12 months, £1300 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Tomas Bairasaukaus, 25, of Witham Bank West, Boston. Twice at Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made to include supervision requirement for six months and 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Airedas Raguckas, 34, of Turner Avenue, Lincoln. At Kirton, committed assault by beating. Also at Kirton, without lawful excuse, damaged property, fixtures and fittings to the value of unknown belonging to Newton Fallowell Estate Agents intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £120 compensation.

Jurgis Zdanavicius, 55, of Rose Place, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for two years, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Lewis O’Keefe, 22, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. At Boston, drove on Queen Street while using a mobile telephone, drove while not wearing an adult belt. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Dean Connolly, 44, of Gurney Road, Walsall. Speeding on the A52 at Butterwick. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.
