Here’s the latest rundown of results from cases before the courts in Boston:

Motoring

Vadim Dubovik, 27, of Argyl Street, Boston. Drove on Liquorpond Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in breath equalled 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified for 12 months.

Jason John Langford, 31, of Penny Gardens, Kirton. Drove on Liquorpond Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Sandis Ramsa, 28, of Tooley Street, Boston. Drove on Skirbeck Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £150 fine, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Andrius Orentas, 29, of Welland Road, Boston. At Wainfleet, drove a tractor on the A52 without due care and attention. £350 fine, £35 victim surcharge, £400 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Christopher James Walker, 41, of Bowhill Way, Thurnby Lodge, Leicester. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. £265 fine £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Monika Anna Bernad, 34, of Peck Avenue, Boston. Drove on Revesby Avenue without insurance. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Robin Robertson, 36, of Garden Village, North Killingholme. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge, Boston. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs, licence endorsed with four points.

Axe

Sergejs Krivohizins, 35, of Harveys Close, Spalding. At Grove Street West, Boston, had an article with a blade, namely a multi tool with an axe head. Committed to prison for four weeks, axe forfeited and destroyed.

Criminal damage

Michael John Bennett, 60, of Shaw Road, Boston. At Carlton Road, damaged a double glazed window of value unknown, two assaults by beating. Community ordermade with requirements of alcohol treatment and participation in anger management for 24 days, victim surcharge of £60, £85 costs.

Harassment

Peter Brearley, 41, Dryden Court, Coningsby. At Coningsby, sent multiple text messages and made multiple phone calls which amounted to harassment. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Wayne Loach, 35, of Craven Avenue, Kirton. At Boston Police Station assaulted DS Daniel Whyment, a constable in the execution of his duty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Andrew Michael Cooke, 55, of Main Road, Brothertoft. Assault by beating. Community order made to carry out 60 hours’ unpaid work, £75 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Miscellaneous

Lewis Emmanuel, 21, of Maple Road, Boston. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. Order to continue, £75 costs.

Peter Daniel Parrish, 26, of Willoughby Road, Boston. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. Suspended sentence of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months to continue, including drug rehabilitation requirement and 60 hours’ unpaid work to be carried out in next 12 months.

Andrej Vitukevic, 39, of Red Lion Street, Boston. On Sydney Street, Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour, which breached a six month conditional discharge. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, victim surcharge of £15.

Stephen Gordon Lewis Dixon, 36, of Red Lion Street, Boston. Failed to comply with community requirement of a suspended sentence order by Boston Magistrates’ Court for the original offences of: twice stealing meat and cheese belonging to Coop, stealing meat belonging to Iceland. Suspended sentence of eight weeks suspended for 12 months.

Mark Killick, 50, of West Thorpe Road, Gosberton Westhorpe, Gosberton. At Spalding, failed to deliver registration document relating to the notification transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £135 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

John Parker, age unstated, of Five Acre Park, Broad Drove, Gosberton Clough. At Spalding, failed to deliver registration document relating to the notification transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.
