COURT RESULTS: The latest cases involving Boston defendants

Here’s a rundown of the latest cases before the courts:

Miscellaneous

Aigars Vacieties, 48, of Rose Place, Boston. Failed to comply with a community order made by East Lincolnshire Magistrates-Boston. Order to continue with an additional 10 hours unpaid work to be completed in the next 12 months, £75 costs.

Michael Edward Bray, 47, of Church Road, Boston. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order made by East Lincolnshire Magistrates Court. Curfew requirement made for eight weeks, original order to continue.

Sean Christopher Clay, 27, of Tower Road, Boston. Failed to comply with the requirments of a community order for original offence of entering as a tresspasser to a dwelling on Chapel Passage, Boston, and stealing a purse and contents. Community order revoked, new order made including drug rehabilitation requirement for nine months, £50 costs.

Theft

Scott Stanley Jobson, 34, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. Stole an electric drill to the value of £25 from Asda, possession of a small amount of mephedrone, breaching a 12 month conditional discharge for original offence of stealing toiletries to the value of £90 from Oldrids store. Two four week prison sentences to run concurrently, forfeiture and destruction of drugs.

Karn Barron Glover, 19, of Ingram Road, Boston. At Cotton Road, Boston, stole a pedal cycle. £56 fine, £200 compensation, £15 victim surcharge.

Joaquim Simao Fernandes, 35, of James Street, Boston. Stole four women’s tops to the value of £44 belonging to Asda, breached suspended sentences for the offences of theft (x5) and making off without payment, breached a suspended sentence for the offences of making off without payment and assault. Committed to prison for one month, five suspended sentences of imprisonment of four months suspended for 12 months implemented as a sentence of three months concurrent, two suspended sentences of imprisonment of 12 weeks suspended for 12 months implemented concurrently.

Mark Johnathon McKenzie, 35, of Wellington Road, Boston. Stole three frozen lobsters to the value of £22.44. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Ksystof Gidevic, 27, of Haven Meadows, Boston. At Boston Hospital, Sibsey Road, assault by beating to nurse at Pilgrim Hospital A&E. Committed to prison for 10 weeks (12 including fine matters).

Motoring

Oleg Polanskis, 49, of Haven Bank, Boston. Failure to provide a specimen of breath. Committed to four weeks in prison, disqualified from driving for 12 months, drove on Irby Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath - 101 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath exceeded the prescribed limit (35 in 100), drove while disqualified, drove without insurance. Twice committed to prison for 12 weeks to run consecutively to the four week sentence and concurrently to each other, disqualified from driving for three years.

Darius Bacys, 43, of Rose Place, Boston. Driving on Lister Way, Boston, while disqualified from driving. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs, disqualified for three months, licence endorsed.

Craig William Cunningham, 39, of Skireck Road, Boston. Drove a motorvehicle on Irby Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion namely 96 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood exceeded the prescribed limit (80 in 100). £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified for 13 months, £100 costs.

Robert Kluk, 37, of Churchgate, Sutterton. At Ingoldmells, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath - 111 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath exceeded the prescribed limit (35 in 100). 150 hours unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Drinking offence

Gytis Savickas, 25, of Shaw Road, Boston. Drunk and disorderly on St Georges Road, Boston. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Andrej Vitukevic, 39, of Horace Street, Boston. Drunk and disorderly at Pilgrim Hospital, Spilsby Road, Boston. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Poaching

Gary John Cregan, 55, of Oldham. At Hobhole Bank, Stickney, trespassed in search or pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipes or conies. £500 fine, £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for four months.

Stephen Taylor, 51, of Rochdale. At Hobhole Bank, Stickney, trespassed in search or pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipes or conies. £500 fine, £50 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for four months.
