Here’s the latest set of results of cases before the courts...

Motoring

Thomas Dean Ryan Mcallister, age not stated, Black Drove, Eastville. At Stickford, were the person in whose name a vehicle was registered under the Vehicle Excise Registration Act 1994 when it was not insured. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £110 costs.

Pavel Masaro, 25, of Edwin Street, Boston. Used on Eastwood Road, Boston, a mechanically propelled vehicle which was unlicenced. £400 fine, £90 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.

Giedrius Rimgaka, 22, of Reams Close, Fishtoft. At Boston, failed to deliver the documents containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Eddie Smith, age unstated, of Castle Street, Boston. At Boston, failed to deliver the documents containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Derrick Arthur Buckmaster, age unstated, of Oldfield Lane, Leverton. At Leverton, being the registered keeper of a mechanically propelled vehicle, failed to notify the Secretary of State of a change in your name and address. £200 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Martin Lee Pettit, age unstated, of Leafere Way, Leverington. At Boston, failed to comply with a notice requiring the delivery of a vehicle licence within seven days of the posting of that notice, the licence having been granted upon receipt of a cheque which was subsequently dishonoured. £75 fine, £60 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.

Kenneth John Arnold, 56, of South Hykeham. At Old Leake, drove while disqualified and without insurance. Eight week suspended prison sentence, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with eight points.

Ryan Motley, 33, of Willoughby Road, Boston. Speeding on Rawsons Lane, Boston. £50 fine, £15 victim surcharge, £40 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Piotr Polski, 37, of Freiston Road, Boston. Drove on Freiston Road, without due care and attention, was the driver of the vehicle when an accident occured whereby damage was caused to another vehicle, failed to report the accident at a police station or to a constable as soon as was reasonably practicable. £180 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Aivars Kleins, 34, of Brothertoft Road. At Nettleham, having been required to do so, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.£600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified for six months.

Trespass

Martin Rooney, 31, of Drinsey Nook, Saxilby. At New Leake, Boston, trespassed by entering or being upon land at Bellwater Bank in search or pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipes or conies. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £120 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Drink-driving

Michael John Bennett, 60, of Shaw Road, Boston. Drove on Carlton Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion equalled 103 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 80). 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified for three years.

Theft

Stasys Krisciunas, 52, of Trinity Street, Boston. At Boston used threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress, stole two bottles of aftershave valued at £91 from Oldrids Department Store. Six weeks suspended prison sentence.

Paul Michael Jones, 32, of Taverner Road, Boston. At West Street, Boston, stole meat to the value of £36.61 belonging to Lincolnshire Co-operative. Committed to prison for eight weeks, £80 victim surcharge.

Failure to comply

Craig William Cunningham, 39, of Skirbeck Road, Boston. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court. Order to continue.
