At Boston, drove on Queen Street while disqualified from driving on Queen Street, failed to stop on being required to do so by a constable in uniform, commision of a further offence during a suspended sentence for offences of drink driving and driving while disqualified. Sally Storey, 50, of Alcorn Green, Fishtoft. Speeding on Eastwood Road, Boston, having been required to, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £45 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Crystal Joan Millar, 27, of La Milesse Way, Swineshead. At Spalding, used a vehicle on which not every side marker lamp worked, two charges of using a vehicle when the grooves of the tread pattern of a tyre fitted to the front near side wheel of the vehicle were not of a depth of at least 1.6mm. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Paul Anthony Ainsworth, 40, of Bede Crescent, Benington. At Stamford, used a vehicle on East Street, without insurance, drove without a licence. £260 fine, £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified for holding a driving licence for 12 months.

Rakesh Chandar-Nair, 48, of Stow Road, Sturton by Stow. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge, drove on the A17 Westbound. £200 fine, £20 costs, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Lee Guy Jackson, 23, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. At Swineshead, drove on the A52 without due care and attention, also at Skegness, used a vehicle on Roman Bank, without insurance. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with nine points, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Geoffrey Mottram, 78, of Linden Way, Boston. Speeding on the B1192 Langrick Road at New York School, Wildmore. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Tristan Edward William Laws, 27, of Dovecote Cottage, Thornton-le-Fen. At Coningsby, drove a motor vehicle on Hudson Avenue while not wearing an adult belt. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge.

Philip Tointon, 39, of Tower Road, Boston. Speeding on the A17 Westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £130 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

At Boston, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress, also at Boston, being the rider of a cycle on John Adams Way and Pen Street, failed to stop on being required to do so by a constable in uniform. Six month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge.

Olegs Tulinskis, 33, of Scarsdale Street, Dinnington. At Windmill View Court, Willoughby Road, Boston, caused another to fear that violence would be used against them by his course of conduct which he knew or ought to have known would cause fear of violence on each occasion in that he sent them text messages threatening violence. Community order made, to include curfew for one month and a supervision requirement for 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Vidas Paskevicius, 45, of Eastwood Road, Boston. At police headquarters on Deepdale Lane, Nettleham, Lincoln, having been required by or on behalf of the chief officer of police, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. £600 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Darius Marozas, 29, of Threepenny Way, Boston. At Police Headquarters on Deepdale Lane, Nettleham, Lincoln, having been required by or on behalf of the chief officer of police, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle. £240 fine, £24 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Rolands Baranovskis, 36, of Kellers Close, Wisbech. Aaron Dax Green, 18, of no fixed abode. In Boston, in Bridge Street, was guilty of disorderly behaviour, breach of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge imposed by Doncaster Youth Court. £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, no action taken on breach.

Drink-driving

Maksims Bondarcuks, 30, of Westfield Avenue, Boston. At Boston, drove on London Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 76 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Adam Manuel Gostelow, 34, of Revesby Avenue, Boston. At Boston, stole wine to the value of £14.97, belonging to Co-op Store. £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Paul Anthony Ellis, 29, of Lancaster Avenue, Skegness. At Boston, stole toiletries to the value of £8.08 belonging to Bargain Buys, attempted to steal toiletries to the value of £6 belonging to Scooby Doo’s. Committed to prison for six weeks, £80 victim surcharge.

Dimitrijs Antosevskis, 29, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Boston, stole electric razor to the value of £119.99 belonging to Boots store, also at Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation for six months and 60 hours, unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £50 compensation.

Mindaugas Lengvinas, 23, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston, committed assault by beating. Community order made, to include 150 hours’ unpaid work, £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Aigars Vacietis, 50, of Windmill View Court, Boston. At Wide Bargate, committed assault by beating, also at Boston, committed assault by beating. Committed to prison for two months and four months concurrent, £80 victim surcharge.

Aaron Pocklington, 20, of Small End, Friskney. At Burgh Road, Skegness, knowing that payment on the spot for petrol was required, dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £30.05, also at John Adams Way, knowing that payment on the spot for petrol was required, dishonestly made off without having paid as required or expected and with intent to avoid payment of £43.44. £70 fine, £30.50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Trespassed

Thomas Edward Jaffray, 30, of Birwell Road, Netherfields, Middlesbrough.
