Motoring

James Christopher Askew, 34, of Albany Close, Skegness. Drove on Marsh Lane, Boston, while disqualified from driving, drove without insurance. Community order made to attend appointments for 12 months and to carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Marie Connor, 35, of Wilson Close, Ingoldmells. Speeding on the A52 in Wrangle, drove without insurance, drove without a licence. £50 fine, £20 victim surchargem £30 costs, £100 victim surcharge, licence endorsed with six points.

Assault

Sebastian Marcin Rzeckzkowski, 36, of York Street, Boston. Three charges of assault by beating, failed to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail. Committed to prison for six weeks.

Simon John Metcalfe, 46, of Hall Lane, Stickney. Assault by beating. Committed for three months suspended for two years, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Criminal damage

Daniel Hopps, 32, of King Street, Boston. At Boston damaged a motorvehicle to a value unknown, damaged a fence to the value of £50. Discharged conditionally for six months, £50 compensation, £50 compensation.

Drink-driving

Ricky Duro, 28, of Earlham Close, Ilkeston. Drove a motorvehicle on West Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath equalled 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance. £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Theft

Virginijus Kardauskas, 45, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole groceries to the value unknown belonging to Co-op, commission of a further offence while subject to six month conditional discharge for two incidents of theft. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, two £50 fines.

Lewis Brader, 23, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole clothing to the value of £28 belonging to Asda. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge.

Disorderly

Michael Westley, 44, of Kitwood Road, Boston. On Church Road, Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge.

Intars Anspoks, 34, of Franklin Close, Boston. On High Street, Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge.

Keith Bisby, 62, of Taverner Road, Boston. At Boston Market Place, were guilty while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge.

Andrej Borisenkov, 26, of Almond Walk, Boston. On London Road, Boston, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Robert Taylor, 57, Daisy Dale, Boston. Possession of 0.71 grams of cannabis. Six month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Ashley Stephen Place, 19, of Woodville Road, Boston. At Boston had possession of 0.89 grammes of MCAT. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, forfeiture and destruction of drugs.

Daniel Martyn Robinson, 21, of Margaret Drive, Boston. At Boston had posession of a quantity of cannabis, commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge. £133 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, forfeiture and destruction of drugs. No action taken on breach, order to continue.

Statutory
declaration

Paul Lilley, age not specified, formerly of Brand End Road, Butterwick. Made a statutory declaration on Septermber 16 that he did not know proceedings were active against him for a failure to notify of vehicle purchase. Punishment of £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge and £90 costs cleared
