Here’s a rundown of the latest Boston cases that have gone before magistrates:

Motor offences

Sharon Thompson, 51, of Barretts Close, Holbeach. Drove without correct insurance and failed to produce an insurance certificate on the A16 at Wyberton. £85 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with six points.

Remigijus Vaickus, 30, of Ingram Road, Boston. Drove on Sleaford Road, Boston, with a child not wearing a seatbelt and carried an excess number of passengers. £55 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs.

Michelle Chapman, 36, of High Street, Bicker. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. £60 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Zane Tonisone-Mailite, 26, of Orchard Street, Boston. Drove without due care and attention on Hospital Lane, Boston. £75 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with five points.

Jamie Cox, 36, of Sleaford Road, Boston. Drove a vehicle which was unlicensed on Brothertoft Road, Boston. £600 fine, £273.34 vehicle excise duty and £90 costs.

Robert Baker, 37, of Watery Lane, Butterwick. Failed to deliver the licence for a car. £400 fine, £110 excise duty and £90 costs.

Naiomi Brockelsby, 33, of Windsor Crescent, Boston. Kept a vehicle which was unlicensed. £200 fine, £20 excise duty and £90 costs.

Charles Danby, 38, of Golden Bank, Wrangle. Kept a car which did not meet the insurance requirements. £125 fine, £20 surcharge and £110 costs.

Everita Eidinta, of Hide Close, Boston. Kept a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £20 surcharge and £110 costs.

Jolanta Gers, 52, of Windsor Bank, Boston. Failed to deliver part of a vehicle registration document. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Byron Grant, 45, of Mayflower Road, Boston. Failure to deliver part of the registration document following the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Vaida Janusauskiene, 26, of London Road, Frampton. Kept a vehicle which was unlicensed. £200 fine, £18.34 excise duty and £90 costs.

Neil Kemp, 44, of Castle Street, Boston.Failed to deliver part of the registration document following the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Vladimir Solovjov, 30, of Middlecott Close, Boston. Kept a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £20 surcharge and £110 costs.

Michael Surridge, of Roman Bank, Algarkirk. Kept a vehicle which was unlicensed at Station Road, Sutterton. £200 fine, £18.34 vehicle excise and £90 costs.

Evaldas Tirva, 23, of Margaret Drive, Boston. Failed to deliver part of the registration document following the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Egidijus Urnonavicius, 35, of South Square, Boston. Kept a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.

Thomas Vasiliauskas, of Willoughby Road, Boston. Failed to deliver part of the registration document following a vehicle transfer. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Scott Venables, 34, of Puritan Way, Boston. Kept a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £110 costs.

Kevin Weston, of Haff Close, Swineshead. Failed to deliver part of the registration document following the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Kevin Wright, of Ashton Hall Drive, Boston. Failure to deliver part of the registration document following the transfer of a vehicle. £200 fine, £15 surcharge and £90 costs.

Robbie Dowell, 21, of Daisy Dale, Boston. Drove on Tattershall Road, Boston, while unfit to drive through drugs. £110 fine, £20 surcharge, £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Jaan Jurgen, 52, of Windsor Bank, Boston. Drove on Lincoln Lane, Boston, with 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. £200 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Emillia Whelbourn, 23, fo Sinclair Close, Boston. Drove on Spalding Road, Boston, with 88 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80. £110 fine and £20 surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Theft

Natahn Barwick, 31, of London Road, Boston. Stole computer equipment and keys from Kemp Estate Agents, Boston. 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months, £195 compensation and £80 surcharge.

Jamie Elding, 32, of no fixed abode. Stole chocolate from B&M Bargains. £100 fine and detained in the court house for one day.

Robert Clark, 23, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. Stole £3,126.85 from another person. Two-months prison sentence suspended for two years, with 300 hours’ unpaid work and £1,000 compensation.

Drug offences

Joaquim Machado, 33, of Granville Street, Boston. Possession of amphetamine in Boston, and possession of a lock knife in Asda, Boston. 12-month conditional discharge, £15 surcharge and £85 costs.
