Drunk disorder

Mareks Arhipovs, 32, of Alfred Street, Boston. At St Georges Road, Boston, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour, commission of a further offence while subject to conditional discharge, at Skegness were guilty, while drunk of disorderly behaviour.Two 18 month conditional discharges, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Theft

Vita Lazdina, 23, of Union Place, Boston. At Boston, stole food, cloths and fragrance to the value of £91.61 belonging to Asda. 18 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Jan Andrezj Makowski, 55, of Sussex Avenue, Boston. Stole one bottle of red wine, valued £3.99, from B&M Homestores. 12 month conditional discharge, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Arturs Kurdanins, 26, of Rose Place, Boston. At Co-op, Woodville Road, stole 12 cans of Stella Artois to the value of £10, at Co-op, Argyle Street, stole two bottles of Lambrini and two packets of sausages to the value of £9.12, commissioned a further offence while subject to an 18 month conditional discharge for theft times two. Community order made, not to enter any retail premises except Asda and Aldi for six months, to carry out 100 hours unpaid work, £9.12 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Stephen Gordon Lewis Brian Dixon, 36, Red Lion Street, Boston. Theft of lamb and bacon joints valued £30 from Co-op on Argyle Street, theft of three blocks of cheese valued £6.80 from Co-op on Argyle Street, theft of cheese and salmon valued £109.60 from Co-op on Skirbeck Road, theft of joints of beef and two bread loafs valued £37.06 from Co-op on Wide Bargate. Committed to prison for four weeks consecutive to existing sentence.

Ian John Barwick, 37, of Fenside Road, Boston. Stole meat valued £37.21 from Co-op Boston. Community order including drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision requirement, £60 victim surcharge.

Drink driving

Adrian Carl Penson, 29, of Brand End Road, Butterwick. At Boston, drove on South End, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion in breath equalled 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Robert Wolinski, 27, of Brothertoft Road, Boston. Drove on Liquorpond Street, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion in breath equalled 119 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35), drove without insurance. Community order for 200 hours unpaid work to be carried out, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified for 28 months.

Motoring

Virga Steponaviciene, of Robin Hoods Walk, Boston. At Robin Hoods Walk, failed to deliver the documents containing the required particulars relating to the notification of transfer of a vehicle to a person who was not a vehicle trader. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £90 costs.

Andrej Borisenkov, of Blacksmiths Grove, Fishtoft. At Boston, kept on Frampton Place a mechanically propelled vehicle which was unlicensed. £200 fine, £18.34 vehicle excise back duty of £18.34, £90 costs.

Adam James Gostelow, 33, of Castle Street, Boston. At Boston, kept on Revesby Avenue a mechanically propelled vehicle which was unlicensed. £400 fine, £83.34 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs.

Assault

Mark Gidevicius, 25, of Haven Meadows, Boston. At Marsh Lane, assaulted by beating. Community order made, supervision requirement for 12 months, £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drugs

Luke Stuart Mitchell. 34, of London Road, Kirton.At Boston, had 19.66grams of diamorphine. Community order made including drug rehabilitation requirement and supervision requirement, £60 victim surcharge, £85 cost, drug to be destroyed.

Trespass

Ilmars Tumasevics, 22, of High Street, Lincoln. At Boston, attempted to enter as a trespasser to a dwelling on Hartley Street, with intent to steal. Committed to prison for 26 weeks forthwith.

Miscellaneous

Darius Krisciunas, 29, of Castle Street, Boston. Failed to provide a specimen of blood in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence. Community order for 100 hours unpaid work made, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.
