Here’s the latest set of results from court cases involving defendants from the borough of Boston:

Assault

Lee Jackson, 21, of Bladon Estate, Fishtoft. Assault in Boston. £200 fine, £35 compensation, £20 surcharge and £85 costs.

Dariusz Kaczkowski, 27, of Castle Street, Boston. Five counts of assault in Boston and criminal damage. Remanded on bail to await trial on March 27.

Edward Brighton, 19, of Monarchs Road, Sutterton. Assault in Boston and sending grossly offensive text messages. Six-month community order.

Driving Offences

Ruslans Rjazanovs, 24, of Princess Anne Road, Boston. Driving on Albert Street with 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. £300 fine, £30 surcharge and £85 costs.
Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Papinder Samra, 22, of The Green, Thurlby. Driving on Spilsby Road with 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. £300 fine, £30 surcharge and £85 costs. 
Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Aleksander Vasilevkij, 26, of Windsor Bank, Boston. Failure to provide a breath specimen for analysis and drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence on Argyle Street. Also, wilfully obstructing a PC and breaching a conditional discharge. £350 fine, £20 surcharge and £85 costs. 
Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Neriyus Mikalonis, 27, of Rowley Road, Boston. Driving on Blue Street, Boston, with 100 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. £450 fine, £45 surcharge and £85 costs. 
Disqualifed from driving for two years.

Jasmine Manning, 23, of Lighton Avenue, Kirton. Drove on Grantham Road, Boston, without due care and attention. £120 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Daryl Markham, 23, of Church Road, Boston. Driving on the A16 while not wearing a seatbelt. £45 fine and £15 surcharge.

Salvia Pavlovskis, 31, of no fixed abode. Driving on John Adams Way with 132 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. 60-day prison sentence suspended for 12 months, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £80 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualifed from driving for 28 months.

Joao Perdiago, 47, of Fydell Street, Boston. Driving on John Adams Way while using a mobile phone. £125 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. 
Disqualifed from driving for six months.

Kamil Potielnizki, 23, of Chapel Street, Boston. Driving on Brothertoft Road, Boston, while using a mobile phone. £45 fine, £15 surcharge and £20 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Aleksander Zumbrickij, 24, of Muster Roll Lane, Boston. Speeding at Cowbit. £65 fine and £15 surcharge. Licence endorsed with three points.

Darius Bacys, 42, of Horace Street, Boston. Driving without correct insurance on the A16 at Boston. £40 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. 
Disqualified from driving for six months, due to repeat offending.

Lukasz Buskowski, 22, of Oxford Street, Boston. Driving without corrent insurance on Spilsby Road, Boston. £410 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months, due to repeat offending.

Craig Tooby, 34, of Causeway, Boston. Driving without correct insurance, failure to produce insurance certificate, failure to produce a test certificate, not being in possesion of a test certificate, failure to produce a licence and driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence when driving on Boston Road, Kirton. £375 fine, £15 surcharge and £85 costs.
 Licence endorsed with six points.

Lee Whittingham, 21, of Fairwayds Drive, Kirkby in Ashfield. Speeding on the A52 at Wrangle. £100 fine, £15 surcharge and £43 costs. 
Licence endorsed with three points.

Traugoit Kazombiaze, 35, of Welesley Street, King’s Lynn. Drove at Kirton with 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath and drove otherwise than in accordance with a licence. The legal limit is 35. 12-month community order with 150 hours’ unpaid work and £60 surcharge. 
Disqualified from driving for 44 months.

Erlandas Kozuchouas, 19, of Argyle Street, Boston. Drove while disqualified on Orchard Street, Boston, drove while disqualified and obstructed a PC in the line of duty. 20-week prison sentence suspended for 18 months, 180 hours’ unpaid work and £85 costs. 
Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Theft

Joaquim Fernanes, 35, of Tunnard Street, Boston. Stole washing detergent from the Co-op and perfume from Oldrids and breached a conditional discharge. Four-month prison sentence suspended for 12-months and £80 compensation.

Miscellaneous

Leigh Blackburn, 37, of Ivy Crescent, Boston. Previous conviction for failure to deliver registration document cancelled.
