Hassan Iftakhar, 21, of Tylers Close, Chapel St Leonards. Speeding on Spilsby Road, Boston. Fined £95 and told to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £43 court costs. Also, licence endorsed with five points.

Thomas Lewis, 27, of Scotsman Drive, Scawthorpe, Doncaster. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. Fined £60 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and court costs of £43. Also, licence endorsed with three points.

Callum Mclellan, 36, of Cambridge Road, Ashby, Scunthorpe. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. Fined £70 and told to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £60 court costs. Also disqualified from driving for six months because of repeat offending.

Ethsham Ditta, 26, Buckland Close, Netherton. Speeding at Sutterton. Fined £60 and told to pay a victim surcharge of £15. Also, licence endorsed with three penalty points.

Andris Levinskis, 30, Witham Riverside Mews, Boston. Driving a car in a dangerous condition and driving with no test certificate. Fined £400 and order to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £60 court costs. Also, licence endorsed with three penalty points.

Adriano Da Costa Pereira, 60, Pell Place, Boston. Driving with no insurance and failed to produce certificate. Fined £110 and told to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £43 court costs. Also, licence endorsed with six penalty points.

Carla Radford, 27, of Common Road, Langley, Slough. Speeding on Spilsby Road, Boston. Fined £400 and told to pay £15 and £60 court costs.

Sharon Riby, 30, Town Street, Barrow. Speeding at Swineshead Bridge. Fined £200 and told to pay £15 victim surcharge and £60 court costs.

Community order

Georgij Koldaras, 35, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order in failing to attend unpaid work appointments. Order allowed to continue. (Skegness Magistrates’ Court).

Assault

Stephanie Baggaley, 41, of Fenside Road, Boston. Two counts of assault. Remanded on unconditional bail until October 24.

Liam Brooks, 22, of Parthian Avenue, Wyberton. Assault. Remanded on unconditional bail until October 24.

Valerij Naumcik, 31, of Red Lion Street, Boston. Assault. Given a community order for 12 months and told to pay compensation and court costs of £85.

Theft

Stephanie Baggaley, 41, of Fenside Road, Boston. Theft of food and cosmetics to the value of £96 from the Co-op. Also breached three conditional discharges. Remanded on unconditional bail until October 24.

Tautvydas Bakys, 23, of Sadlers Gate, Boston. Stole a briefcase containing £2,000 cash. Remanded on conditional bail until January 2.

Sexual offences

Shane Dawson, 31, of Duke Street, 
Boston. Two counts of unconsented sexual touching. Remanded on 
unconditional bail for completion of 
pre-sentence report.

Criminal damage

Sammie Pagden, 19, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. Damaged a door. Conditional discharge for 12 months and told to pay £85 court costs.
