Fraud case is sent to Crown Court

A 52-YEAR-OLD man has been sent to crown court for trial after he was charged with six counts of fraud against leisure companies in Tattershall.

Andrew Cook, of Skendleby in Spilsby, will appear before Skegness Magistrates’ Court on September 10 to hear when he will stand before judge and jury at Lincoln Crown Court facing charges for offences committed between 2006 and 2010.

He is accused of two charges of undertaking trade for fraudulent purposes against Allerway Leisure and Tattershall Leisure, two counts of carrying on the business of a company with intent to defraud creditors or for fraudulent purposes against Allerway Leisure and Tattershall Leisure and two counts of fraud by false representation.
