STAFF at Pilgrim Hospital suffered a barrage of abuse from a drunk man who had been admitted for consuming too much alcohol, magistrates heard last week.
Simeon Edwards was taken to the hospital on July 22 after he passed out from drinking too much, but when he came around he started shouting and being aggressive, said Daniel Paulson, prosecuting.
The 18-year-old, of Eastgate, Sleaford, was arrested for being drunk and disorderly in the early hours of July 22. He admitted the charge when he stood before Boston magistrates last Wednesday.
Edwards, who was not represented, said he could not remember much about the incident.
He was fined £110 and told him to pay a £15 victim surcharge.
