Homeless man stole aftershave in desperation

Desperation was the motivation for the theft of two aftershave sets from Oldrids, Boston Magistrates’ Court was told.
Scott Jobson, 34, of no fixed abode, stole the items on December 22 to sell so he could buy food and drugs after becoming homeless. Pleading guilty, he got a 12-month conditional discharge and £15 surcharge on Wednesday.
