A man accused of exposing himself to three people in the street in Boston is set to go on trial in September after pleading not guilty to all charges.
Nathan Stuart Barton, 23, of Witham Town, Boston, appeared at the town’s magistrates’ court on Wednesday, where prosecutor Shelley Wilson said he faced one charge of intentionally exposing his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress on Emery Lane, Boston, on February 11, and two charges of the same nature on London Road, on February 13.
It is alleged the Emery Lane incident was in front of a female of unknown age, while the London Road incident was said to be witnessed by two school girls.
Barton pleaded not guilty to all charges and his case was adjourned to an all day trial set for September 22 at 10am, at Boston Magistrates Court.
He was defended by Philipa Chatterton of Criminal Defence Associates solicitors, of Boston.
