An argument between siblings led to a man’s car suffering damage, a court has been told.

Damian Blundy, of King Street, Boston, kicked the rear offside of his sister’s partner’s car in a fit of frustration after he told him to leave when the pair had been rowing, Boston Magistrates’ Court was told on Wednesday. Sacha Waxman, defending, said the man threatened Blundy with a hammer before the incident on December 20.

The 25-year-old, who admitted the offence, got a 12-month conditional discharge, £85 costs and a £15 surcharge.
