A MAN charged with breaching the terms of being on the Sex Offenders Register has been remanded in custody.

A MAN charged with breaching the terms of being on the Sex Offenders Register has been remanded in custody.

At Skegness Magistrates’ Court on Friday Thomas McPhee, 45, admitted failing to notify police of his address at Chapel Street in Boston, but denied similar charges relating to two addresses in Lincoln.

He also denied a charge of being alone with a child under 16 in contravention of the requirements of being on the Register.

Magistrates remanded McPhee in custody until his next appearance at the court, on January 6.
