New police cell plans are submitted

Plans to extend the custody suite at Boston Police Station have been submitted to Boston Borough Council for approval.
Lincolnshire Police is hoping to add four new cells to the existing 10 units during a refurbishment of the suite in a bid to accommodate more prisoners.
The waiting area would also be extended under the plan.
