Police have issued an appeal to try to find a driver who helped a suspected domestic violence victim in Boston yesterday.

The motorist was driving a gold coloured jeep-style vehicle along John Adams Way in Boston shortly after midday when a woman ran into the road and flagged him down.

He helped her by taking her to the police station.

Officers say they are keen to trace the driver as he may be an important witness to the domestic violence incident.

If you are the driver – or can help find him – call police on 101, quoting incident 214 of November 3.
