Reveller exposed himself on the way home

A MAN returning from a friend’s birthday night out exposed himself in public just ten metres away from his home in Fydell Street in Boston, a court was told last week.

Police were called to the area at around 10am on May 20 following reports that Danas Kazlauskas was drunk and had been acting inappropriately, Boston magistrates heard on Wednesday.

Marie Stace, prosecuting, said: “On arrival Mr Kazlauskas was clearly drunk and then becomes abusive towards the police officers. They can see members of the public who seem distressed by his behaviour.”

Kazlauskas, 24, who was not represented by a solicitor, admitted being drunk and disorderly on May 20.

He told the bench he had been out for a friend’s birthday the night before and he was on his way home, and added: “I regret what I have done.”

Magistrates fined him £100 and ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £15 victim surcharge
