Three arrested after theft from charity shop

Three people from King’s Lynn have been arrested for allegedly stealing from a charity shop in Boston.

Police were called to the Great Dane Adoption Society shop in Wide Bargate at 3.45pm on Saturday following reports of items being stolen.

A man aged 57, and two women aged 67 and 55, were all arrested on suspicion of theft from a shop and taken into police custody at Sleaford.

The man collapsed at the scene in Boston and was taken to Pilgrim Hospital for a check-up.

All three have been bailed until Monday, February 25.
