Three men and a woman are being questioned today (Monday) over an ‘altercation’ in Boston on Saturday evening, taking the total number of people arrested during the course of the investigation to seven.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesman has confirmed to The Standard that the three men who were originally arrested over the incident on Trinity Street, which saw two people taken to hospital, have been released on bail while investigations are ongoing.

Now three further men and a woman have been arrested in connection with the incident.

The altercation, which is believed to have seen two men stabbed, is now thought to have taken place at a flat in Trinity Street, rather than West Street as originally reported, and police believe there may be a connection to a car which had been parked in the PC World car park.
