UPDATE: Fourth man charged in Boston murder case

A FOURTH man has been charged with murder in connection with the death of Jan Pawel Stochnialek, whose body was discovered in South Forty Foot Drain last month.

Oktawiusz Siemieniuk (31), from The Featherworks, Boston, is due to appear at the town’s magistrates’ court today.

The East Midlands Special Operations Unit were called in to investigate the case after Mr Stochnialek’s body was found on January 25.

Police have been trying to establish the victim’s movements since Christmas Eve, when he had last been seen alive.

Slawomir Dziob, 34 of Hadley Street, Salford, Piotr Szymon Firlit, 23, and Bartlomiej Marszalkiewicz, 25, both of Fieldcare Croft in Boston have all previously been arrested and charged with murder.

All are due to reappear at Lincoln Crown Court in May.
