A man has been accused of committing arson with intent to endanger life and charged with causing grievous bodily harm following an incident in Boston’s Witham Place.

Rokas Kvietkauskas (24) appeared before Lincoln Magistrates this morning (Monday) and was remanded in custody.

Police were called to the street at about 9am on Friday.

Police tape sealed off part of the pavement – and some cars – and officers were on the scene for several hours.
