A pub has donated its year’s fundraising total to Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.
The Duke of Wellington, in Midville, held a ham and chine supper in December, in which it handed over £14,083.33.
The pub has been raising money for 15 years and has raised £169,050.95 through quizzes, bingos, raffles and fun days.
Landlord Trevor Wilson said: “We’d like to give a big thank you to everybody who supported us for the generosity they have shown.”
He added that, despite people tightening their pockets due to the economic climate, people were still being generous with their donations.
