Dunelm and B&M cordoned off after man with mystery head injury found

Police are appealing for information after a man ws found sitting near B&M with an unexplained head injury yesterday (Tuesday) evening.

A Lincolnshire police spokesman has confirmed the force was called by Pilgrim Hospital at around 9pm after the man, in his 30s, was brought in with a head injury.

They said: “He had been found sitting near B&M and was unable to account for his injury.

“As we are unable to currently rule out that he has been the victim of a crime, enquiries are ongoing.”

A general witness appeal has been made by police.

Anyone who was in the area and may have seen anything is asked to call the non-emergency number 101, quoting inc 453 of March 14, 2017.
