Head teacher Dr Jason Howard offered his congratulations and best wishes to all his students and said: “I’m delighted that Boston High School students have achieved so highly and our A2 results are some of the best in the school’s history.

“In a number of subjects, over 70 per cent of all entries resulted in the award of an A*, an A or a B grade.

“Every student has passed every subject and almost all of our students will be accepted by either their first or second choice universities.”
