Freezing conditions force pre school to shut

Stickney Pre-School has been forced to close today as a result of the current cold snap.

Sub-zero temperatures caused pipes for the heating system at the pre-school, which is on the same site as the primary school, to freeze overnight.

The school itself has stayed open.
